Opus Law’s confiscation preparation is classed as exceptional

 

Opus Law prepares a confiscation case for ‘M’ who had pleaded guilty to two separate conspiracies. Opus Law uses the latest case law and saves ‘M’ from a finding of hidden assets. The benefit figure is reduced by over £1 million and the realisable amount is reduced from over £500,000 to £100,000.
