Oil Trader commits £3,000,000 fraud and pays £1

 

Kevin Walker represented an Oil Trader who commits a £3 million fraud for Proceed of Crime Act confiscation matters. Kevin Walker submits that ‘R’ has £50 available which is agreed by the prosecution.

 

Not content with his client paying £50 towards his confiscation order, Kevin Walker varies R’s available amount to £1. The variation also prevents R from facing enforcement proceedings and allows him to be released on licence.
