Opus Law commended by the Judge for Section 23 POCA variation.

 

Opus Law takes over conduct of ‘B’s case and appeals his confiscation order in a Waya based test case.

 

Opus Law then negotiates with the prosecution for ‘B’ to sell his house cheaply and his BMW X3 to his wife for £1,000. The order is varied and ‘B’ does not have to attend enforcement proceedings.

 

The Crown Court Judge states that ‘it is rare to find a Solicitor who understands the complexities and requirements of this area of law’
