Ben Jones, Director, acted for D in a large prosecution brought against an extended family who were said to be cultivating cannabis on an industrial scale. In the case before the Preston Crown Court, it was said they operated a complex scheme in which they rented a series of properties in false names that allowed them to attempt to grow cannabis away from the eyes of the authorities.
