David Golden, Consultant, acted for B who faced numerous charges of animal cruelty in a prosecution brought by The Vale of Glamorgan Council. 

 

This was a large case in which allegations were made in respect of a number of animals owned by her ex-husband. Defence veterinary evidence was obtained in respect of all the animals in question and the prosecution case scrutinised from all angles. 

 

Ultimately our client received a non-custodial sentence from the court.
