Sarah Batty, Director, represented L in relation to a prosecution brought by Trading Standards for the alleged defrauding of vulnerable customers. These allegations were vehemently denied and following months of diligent work and defence investigation the Prosecuting Authority offered no evidence in advance of trial and the defendant was formally acquitted.
