Opus Law Represent H in Attempted Murder Case
Ben Jones, Director, represented H who appeared before the Manchester Crown Court charged with attempted murder. The case involved a dispute between a group of men that resulted in the complainant receiving five life threatening stab wounds.
Proactive defence work was carried out around the identification aspect of the case. This resulted in our client pleading guilty to a far lesser charge of violent disorder and receiving a custodial sentence of only 12 months whilst his co-accused received a sentence of ten years imprisonment.
